That is not what we work on.
What we work on is who is producing those results. Because the circumstances of your life are not happening to you. They are being generated – consistently, reliably – by a version of you that learned to survive in a particular way, and has never been shown another way to exist.
The loop you are in is not bad luck, it is not something coming at you from “out there”. It is a comfort zone. And comfort zones are not about comfort – they are about familiarity, about survival. The nervous system will choose familiar pain over unfamiliar peace every time, until something interrupts it – and that something is authentic awareness.
That is what I do. I stop the loop. I point to what is actually happening underneath the story you are telling yourself. I bring you out of your head and back into your body, where the real information lives. And I show you, concretely, how you are creating what you say you don’t want and who you would have to become to create something different.
This is not gentle work. It is precise work. Done with care, but without indulgence.
How we work together
Introductory Assessment
The starting point. A deep diagnostic conversation where we identify the core pattern running your life — the specific loop, the specific self-deception, the specific place where your mind stops and your body braces. You leave knowing exactly what is in the way and what working together would look like.
The Work (ongoing, one-on-one)
For people ready to stop explaining their life and start changing the person living it. This is not a program with an end date. Real identity change does not happen in eight weeks – it can take time, because we are not adjusting behavior. We are meeting the self that is producing the behavior, and that self did not form overnight.
We meet regularly. I track your patterns in real time, interrupt the loops as they happen, and guide you back to your body every time your mind tries to spin a story. This is where we meet your most provocative parts – the ones that sabotage, deflect, perform, collapse, rage, or go completely numb the moment something real gets close. We do not manage those parts. We face them. And gradually, through the work itself, you learn to do what I do – to catch yourself in the loop before it catches you, to feel what is actually happening in your body before your mind rewrites it into a story, to become your own most honest witness. The goal is never dependence on me. It is you, capable of meeting yourself. And even if you already do this work on your own – even if you meditate, journal, reflect, know your patterns intellectually – blind spots are called that for a reason. You cannot see what you cannot see. That is what another pair of eyes is for.
A ten-week container is where I start with people. Where it goes from there depends entirely on who shows up and what they find.
